Loved the location near historical sites! The room felt cozy and spotlessly clean. Checking in was a hassle-had to get help from a bar next door. Great spot for a quick trip!

Unbeatable location and overall the staff was very very helpful. The hotel was placed 0.5 km away from the airport. It was large, new-fashioned and with an excellent shower. Having coffee, tea/coffee, and a kettle was very convenient...

the double room was new-fashioned, i felt like at home. the bed was large; and there was a bathtub. the location was excellent, overlooking mountain. the staff was best, gave advice about the city.

The french fries from nearby Buregdzinica Bosna had me craving more. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from cool spots like Sahat Kula and Kod Broja 1. The mattress? Pure bliss!

Getting in was like a scavenger hunt, no budging from staff despite multiple calls. The 24/7 reception claim? Not a reality.

Reasonably large rooms, I had good experience.

i booked a room with a large bed, a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

The location was incredible, steps away from an Ottoman-style wooden fountain. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this good small accommodation from the airport. Every staff member was very helpful and responsible.

I loved the unique atmosphere of this residence! The proximity to the spot where Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated added a fascinating layer of history to my stay. Plus, the spacious rooms were equipped with modern amenities.

Communication issues during check-in made arriving a guessing game!!! The lack of a 24-hour reception left us high and dry when we needed assistance after hours!!!

Oh wow, like, this place is super clean and right in the heart of everything cool! The staff were totally helpful and gave me good tips about the town. The only thing was, the bottom sheet kinda didn't fit well, made sleep a little weird. Still, love how fresh and modern it felt!

It was just a fine choice for a quick stop in Sarajevo with good value for money. The room was spacious, which helped us unwind after a long drive. Remember to check the parking details ahead of time to avoid surprises.

Families looking for a solid choice

This place is a great value, especially with how helpful the staff was. We had a little hiccup when the bottom sheet on the bed was loose and kept moving around were nice, but it didn't ruin our experience.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but still acceptable given the experience.

Riverside Residence's location is fantastic-just a short walk to all the key attractions. I especially appreciated the helpful staff, were really good to ensure I had a pleasant stay, including allowing me to store my bag after checkout.

The Double Room was spacious with comfy bedding. I loved the modern shower. It felt really fresh and clean. But the cozy vibe and good amenities made up for it.

The hotel is located in a central area close to the best restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions in Sarajevo. Just a two-minute walk from Sarajevo's old town and the cable car station. it is a short two-minute walk away from the lively nightlife area.
